Easy recipe for making V60 filter coffee
- Weigh and grind 15 g of coffee / coarse grinding
- Fold the filter, rinse with hot water, then discard the water
- Shake the coffee into the filter
- Cover with 60 ml water / 98°C
- Stir and wait 30 seconds
- 30 seconds, slowly add another 60 ml of water in concentric circles
- At 1 minute, slowly add 120 ml of water
- Wait / the whole preparation should take from 2 min 30 sec to 3 min
- Remove the ceramic filter part and decant the coffee beverage in the jug
- Serve and enjoy
