Easy recipe for making V60 filter coffee

  1. Weigh and grind 15 g of coffee / coarse grinding
  2. Fold the filter, rinse with hot water, then discard the water
  3. Shake the coffee into the filter
  4. Cover with 60 ml water / 98°C
  5. Stir and wait 30 seconds
  6. 30 seconds, slowly add another 60 ml of water in concentric circles
  7. At 1 minute, slowly add 120 ml of water
  8. Wait / the whole preparation should take from 2 min 30 sec to 3 min
  9. Remove the ceramic filter part and decant the coffee beverage in the jug
  10. Serve and enjoy
