Easy recipe for making Chemex filter coffee
- Weigh and grind 30 g of coffee / coarse grinding
- Position the filter so that the thicker part is above the funnel
- Rinse the filter with hot water, then discard the water
- Shake the coffee into the filter
- Cover with 120 ml of water and wait 30 seconds / 98 °C
- Slowly pour in 360 ml of water in concentric circles / complete in 1 min 45 sec
- Wait / the whole preparation should take 4 to 5 minutes
- Remove the filter and decant the coffee beverage in the Chemex
- Serve and enjoy
